Powerhold 100 Carpet Pad Adhesive is an Extremely Flammable solvent based pad adhesive that is recommended for permanently fastening carpet padding over any approved flooring surface. PH 100 has good initial tack and high strength to prevent movement of padding during stretching or subsequent use.
